The fabrication of high-pressure pumps necessitates the production of exceedingly high-quality components in small quantities. Furthermore, the high-pressure pump mechanism resembles an engine, with a crankshaft, connecting crankcase and rod, among other components. It also works in the same way as an automotive engine in that it changes rotary motion to reciprocating motion. It involves the use of components with extremely high dimensional precision and a flawless surface finish. Because suppliers find the demand unrealistic, outsourcing manufacture, and commercially unviable of such critical quality components with lowest production volume is difficult.
Our company opted to build its own component manufacturing facility after working with a range of suppliers. We now boast world-class and rugged branded technology that ensures consistent manufacturing of key components of high pressure pumps that meet international quality standards.

Assembly Shop
We do not just talk about engineering; we do it, and it shows in every part of our operations. For example, in many ways, high-pressure pumps are similar to engines. Therefore, a dust-free assembly facility is appropriate, such as the one at PressureJet. After Ford Motors and Toyota, we are the only engineering firm that assembles pumps using the highly complex and exact Atlas Copco CNC torque wrench. In addition, we have designed some unique and precise fixtures in-house to ensure that pumps are assembled precisely.
Development and Design
Our company has an in-house development and design team that works hard to create practical and cost-effective solutions that meet the needs of our customers. It includes six workstations, each with licensed modelling software such as machine design analysis and Solidworks 3-D software capabilities.

The quality of the pumps that our company manufactures is given great importance. Therefore, our company features 7 SCADA-based computerized test benches that are integrated to manage, monitor, and control the complete test process of all 7 pumps concurrently, considering the gamut of high-pressure pumps in its portfolio.
The five test benches meet the following power needs:

- 2 nos.- 100 to 120 horsepower

Our company has a captive recirculating cooling system, siemens high accuracy flow measuring devices, 1100,000 litres of underground clean water tank, Grundfos suction-booster pump, e+h pressure transducers, vibration meters, temperature sensors, pneumatically activated pressure regulating valves, and noise level metres to support up to 500 long hours of continuous hours and a whole load of trial.
We offer online access to view pump performance during inspections and in-person inspections. In addition, it allows customers to monitor the performance of their pump in real-time via IP cameras.
